Leave your everyday cares behind you as you hike along the well-marked, extensive trails surrounding the Kahler Asten. Several attractive day trip destinations are available in the surrounding area. In the village of Westfeld with its timber-framed buildings, you can marvel at the old Sauerland architecture, while Bad Berleburg is home to a castle which you can visit. Our younger guests will enjoy a trip to the leisure park "Fort Fun", the "Panoramapark" or the indoor go-karting track in Neuastenberg. During the winter, Lenneplätze is the ideal location for Alpine skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. Due to the altitude (784 metres above sea level), the town receives snow before many other resorts. Located just 600 metres from the Postwiesen-skigebiet ski resort in Neuastenberg, our guesthouse provides the ideal base for all winter sports fans. Cross-country ski tracks begin right behind the guesthouse.
